Welcome to Jopingo, a recruitment platform designed to connect businesses with potential job seekers. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our app.

1. User Accounts

To use Jopingo, you must create a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

2. Content and Use

• User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of the content they post on Jopingo. By posting content, you grant Jopingo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.
• Prohibited Content: Posting nude, offensive, sensitive, or violent content is strictly prohibited. Jopingo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Jopingo offers subscription plans for enhanced features. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Age and Geographic Restrictions

• Age Restrictions: You must be 18 years or older to use Jopingo.
• Geographic Restrictions: While Jopingo is available globally, recruiters can only add job openings from specific regions: UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the App shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the UAE.

6. Modifications to Terms

Jopingo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes through app notifications. Your continued use of the app after such changes will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.

7. Account Termination

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. Jopingo reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
